We provide the possibility of manual or machine cleaning through printing systems. Our partner, the PULSE company, also offers an automatic dosing system integrated with most printers.
CLEANING MAT
We know that in corrugated printing it is not always possible to get the anilox roll out of the machine for periodic cleaning. So, we offer special cleaning mat.
This method was developed to keep the cylinders clean with a minimum amount of time - during the production process.
The cleaning mat is mounted on the printing cylinder (like a standard printing form), our special cleaning product is connected in the ink pumping system. Printing press is running on normal production speed without print, then cleaning of the anilox roll is started.
