TUNGSTEN CARBIDE KNIVES

We supply tungsten carbide knives for machines such as: Fosber, Marquip, Agnati, BHS, Mitsubishi, Isowa and many others.

Tungsten carbide knives have many advantages:

  • long service life of knives achieved through the application of methods HIP (hot isostatic pressing)
  • with additives of cobalt in the material a significant decrease of the fragility was obtained (so far the biggest defect of these knives was their fragility)
  • the sharp cutting edge results in less dust, providing a clean working environment
  • "mirror" finish of the knives provides protection against sticking of glue, thus reducing the risk of cracking knives
