We offer unikalną metodę czyszczenia laserowego wałków rastrowych w zakładach klienta zarówno na maszynie jak i poza nią. A short, but very strong pulsation of the laser light causes a slight, practically imperceptible heating of the roller.

This service is provided on site at the customer's plants. The rollers can be on or out of the machine. A two meter anilox roll (assumption: average contamination 30-40%) is cleaned within 1 hour.

 

 

Advantages of laser cleaning:

We offer a unique method of laser cleaning of anilox rollers at the customer's plant, both on and off the machine. Anilox rollers are cleaned without damaging them. A short, but very strong pulsation of the laser light causes a slight, practically imperceptible heating of the roller.

Usługa ta świadczona jest na miejscu, u klienta. Wałki mogą znajdować się na maszynie lub poza nią, zarówno w zautomatyzowanym systemie czyszczenia jak i ręcznym. Dwumetrowy wałek rastrowy (założenie: przeciętne zanieczyszczenie 30-40%) jest czyszczony w ciągu 1 godziny.
